（中央社記者曾依璇巴黎11日專電）法國去年處於高度恐怖攻擊警戒下，加上持續數月的社會運動，造訪法國的外籍遊客數雖有減少，仍在8250萬到8300萬人次之間，維持全球最受跨國遊客喜愛的國家頭銜。

外交部長艾侯（Jean-Marc Ayrault）昨天於西南部的庇里牛斯-大西洋省（Pyrenees-Atlantiques）參訪時說，去年法國遭逢恐怖攻擊、天候不佳和社會運動，觀光業受到影響，但根據初步估計，來到法國的外籍遊客仍比赴美國、西班牙的多，還是最受歡迎的旅遊目的國。

去年春天，巴黎連日豪雨造成塞納河暴漲，部分地段淹水，連羅浮宮都緊急關閉；此外，政府推動勞動法改革方案激起民怨，抗議遊行持續數月，不利觀光；南部渡假城市尼斯（Nice）又於7月14日國慶當天發生卡車衝撞人群的恐攻事件，再度打擊觀光業。

2015年，造訪法國的外籍遊客數約為8500萬人次，去年遊客數雖有減少，但整體減幅比預期的小。

根據外交部資料，去年底的法國旅館訂房數已有回升，今年第一季從世界各地飛往巴黎的機票訂位數也比去年同期增加10.4%，尤其原本擔憂恐攻而卻步的日本遊客漸漸回心轉意。

外交部訂定於2020年達到一億名外籍遊客造訪法國的目標，去年推動一連串提升安全、改善待客之道的措施，例如增設監視錄影器、加強外語服務等。1060211

桃園機場捷運昨試營運開跑，預辦登機及行李託運服務是一大亮點，也首創國內軌道系統全線皆有free Wi-Fi，直達車另有無線充電座，不過，試營運採限時限量，團體、自由試乘時間規定也不同，行李託運也有時限，民眾充分了解、不出錯，才能搭得盡興。

桃捷公司在試營運期間也送出好禮。團體客有文件夾、繪有桃園市吉祥物「ㄚ桃」、「園哥」的10元福袋、紅包袋、營運摺頁、一路玩桃園手冊、紙摺列車等，自由搭乘的旅客也有紅包袋。

自由試乘 16日才開放

機捷串聯北北桃生活觀光圈，途經新北產業園區、林口三井OUTLET PARK、長庚醫院、高鐵桃園站華泰名品城、桃園棒球場及中壢夜市等，將為民眾帶來便利、擴大生活圈。

桃捷公司表示，即日起到2月15日為團體試乘，16日至3月1日開放自由試乘，試營運期間免費，從早上8點到下午4點，團體有收到桃捷邀請函才能搭乘，且採行程限制，進出7站，會安排導覽。

領號碼牌 每天有限量

2月16日開放自由試乘後，各站與北捷連通道才會開放，民眾可分別於7:40、9:40、11:40、13:40，全線21車站領取試乘號碼牌，每日限2萬份，可自由進出各站，要刷電子票證，但不扣錢。

桃捷表示，試營運即按正式通車班表發車，每10分鐘1班，普通、直達車交錯，直達車從台北車站到桃機一航廈36分鐘、二航廈37.5分鐘，普通車近70分鐘。

託運 要留意班機時間

機捷另一大亮點為預辦登機及行李託運服務，A1站將在2月16日開放，並不限機捷乘客。桃機指出，前兩年免行李託運費，初期由長榮、華航、華信及立榮提供服務，民眾需注意行李託運至機場需3小時作業，試營運期間11點後班機才能運用服務，正式通車後，9點後班機可辦行李託運。

桃捷進一步說明，A3站有預留、A18站會視情況增設行李託運空間，旅客可先上網預辦登機，並列印登機證或載入手機QR CODE，再到A1站辦行李託運。

機捷3月2日正式通車，票價30元到160元，台北車站到桃機160元、林口到台北80元，但首月票價5折。
